What We Value
Our purpose is to inspire the best in each to create the best for all.
Guided by our mission to spark minds, kindle hearts and forge futures, we foster a community where our values — curiosity, compassion, community and courage — shape how we learn, lead and support one another every day.
What Makes Us Unique
At Shawnigan, learning extends beyond the classroom.
Through The Shawnigan Journey, students develop confidence, character, and independence through academics, co-curricular programs, outdoor education and global experiences. Innovative offerings, including the Applied Arts C.A.S.E. program and support through the Learning Centre, help students thrive.
For educators, Shawnigan offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
