Specialty Programs
Schools are staffed with a 10 to 1 pupil-teacher ratio to best serve the needs of our students. There are a wide variety of cultural and outdoor activities offered throughout the year. Teachers are afforded many opportunities for professional development, and we encourage collaboration and the development of learning communities.

Our staff benefits from some of the highest salaries in the province; a relocation allowance upon arrival (with an additional amount offered after two years); isolation allowance; annual personal travel allowances; a substantial professional development package; 100% medical, extended health, dental and group health insurance; and modern teacher accommodation at a reasonable rent.
