SD10 is seeking innovative and passionate educators with strengths in collaboration, co-planning and co-teaching, as well as the ability to differentiate to meet the needs of all learners in inclusive school environments.

Required characteristics / strengths include:

• Ability to implement engaging learning activities using BCs curriculum
• Successful TTOC experience in a variety of grade levels and subject areas
• Strong interpersonal skills and strengths working within a team environment
• Excellent classroom management skills and proven ability to engage all learners
• Commitment to collaboratively designing school and classroom learning environments
• Successful experience integrating socio-emotional learning and self-regulated learning
• Demonstrated understanding of indigenous cultures and experience, integrating First Peoples of Principles Learning into teaching practice
• Experience in facilitating outdoor learning experiences
• Exemplary use of formative assessment strategies that engage learners and deepen learning
• Proven professional learning inquiry experience that informs professional practice
• Commitment and expertise in building relationships with parents and community
• Excellent ability to differentiate for all learners and co-plan for diversity and engagement
